Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland that helps regulate the sleep cycle and promote restful sleep. Our melatonin is carefully tested and produced to superior quality standards.
Suggested Use
Adults take 1 drops daily. Dissolve in mouth and swallow. Best taken before bedtime.

Sorbitol, magnesium stearate, natural flavor.
